Confidence Plus, the exclusive 60-day replacement warranty, is now included on all 5-star rated carpets at every Flooring America and Flooring Canada store. The move greatly expands the use of Confidence Plus, which previously was reserved for
5-star hard surface products and limited soft surface styles.
“This is as good as it gets, and now it’s across the board,” said Flooring America President Vinnie Virga. “Every 5-star product we sell now comes with Confidence Plus to deliver total peace of mind for our customers.”
Confidence Plus lets consumers exchange their floor up to 60 days after installation for any reason. It’s designed to take the worry out of decorating decisions by giving the customer an opportunity to change her mind after the floor is installed in her home. The exchange is limited to same or equally-priced brands, and all materials and labor are included free of charge.
