Five Star Innovations Debut For Hard Surface
Manchester, NH (March 9, 2006) – In a move to combine simplicity with improved warranty protection, Flooring America and Flooring Canada are pleased to announce the integration of the Five-Star Selection System across the entire hard surface product line. This innovative feature, introduced at the Together We’re Magic – Discovery, Vision, Innovation Anaheim Convention, will further ease the many performance considerations consumers face when shopping for hard surface floors.

We know the five-star system boosts consumer confidence and helps people comparison shop. But what’s really exciting is being able to standardize and improve our warranty plans for hard surface like we’ve been able to do for carpet.”
Each star gives customers five years of warranty protection. The more stars, the more protection. Five stars denotes Flooring America and Flooring Canada’s top-rated products, which now all carry 25-year warranties, plus the exclusive “Confidence Plus” guarantee.
Designed to take the worry out of any decorating decision, Confidence Plus allows any hard surface floor to be exchanged for any reason within 60 days after installation. All material and labor costs will be paid for by the manufacturer.
