Flooring America & Flooring Canada Keep Sales and Service Front and Center
Manchester, NH (March 8, 2006) – In response to overwhelming interest in continuing sales and service education, Flooring America and Flooring Canada will hold their 2nd annual Sales Professional Convention for members’ sales staffs on March 8th and 9th in Anaheim, Calif.
The event will coincide with the Flooring America and Flooring Canada Together We’re Magic – Discovery, Vision, Innovation 2006 Winter Convention and feature in- depth discussions on product knowledge, superior customer service, and selling the unique Flooring America and Flooring Canada brand.
Last year’s inaugural Sales Professional event proved so popular that an expanded schedule will greet this year’s attendees, including a mill tour in Anaheim and the Flooring America and Flooring Canada Olympics-themed sales competition among convention attendees. They will also get to experience the scope of this huge event by attending the exciting kick-off of the Flooring America and Flooring Canada owners’ convention.

The Sales Professional Convention starts Wednesday with educational classes and the mill tour. On Thursday morning, leading industry speakers including Warren Tyler will be hosting a special sales–oriented general session to help hone sales professionals’ selling skills.
After participating in all the other powerful activities and sessions, the sales professionals will have the opportunity to engage in some friendly competition when teams square off in the first ever Sales Professional Olympics – a fun event based on the knowledge learned earlier in the day. Teams will go head-to-head to demonstrate their skill and knowledge of Flooring America & Flooring Canada programs. \
