Management’s Personal Store Visits Exemplify The Flooring America Vision

Manchester, NH (August 25, 2005) — Flooring America and Flooring Canada management believe that getting to know a member’s store through a personal visit is one of the best ways to help them succeed.

Since October of last year, key executives from the Flooring America management team and the eight Regional Managers have been visiting member stores across the country. Through this initiative, Flooring America management has strengthened its relationship with members and gained a better insight into how members use Flooring America programs and services in a variety of markets.

“We believe our programs work so well because of the relationships we have forged with our members,” said Vinnie Virga, president of Flooring America. “Only by spending quality time with our members in the field can we continue creating incredibly successful programs for our membership. It’s one of my ongoing goals as President, that the members of the Flooring America management team will visit more than 80 members each and every year.”

Due to the recent influx of new members, regional managers have dedicated more time in the field to educating new members on all that Flooring America has to offer. Immediately following store set-up by Flooring America’s Star Logistics team, regional managers train new members on how to communicate the Flooring America story and how to use all of Flooring America programs and services to become more profitable. In addition, Regional Managers are taking the opportunity to visit existing members in surrounding areas after establishing new member stores.
