Flooring America Rewards Prospective Members for Touring New Interactive Recruitment Website

Manchester, NH (March 4, 2004) – Flooring America now invites prospective members to visit FlooringAmerica.com/Explore, web pages designed exclusively for member recruitment. Prospects must first contact Flooring America to receive a one-time-only password, which allows them to view a 15-minute interactive experience that summarizes the benefits of joining. They learn about the financing, merchandising, and marketing of a Flooring America store and receive a $25 gift certificate for completing the full session.

“We expect to better inform prospective members of what Flooring America has to offer an independent retailer,” said Barth Getto, Vice President of Membership. “Individuals who want to know more about us will already have the broader picture before we begin personal interviews with them. We will be able to provide more thorough answers to their in-depth questions. Everybody saves time.”

The tour consists of a virtual introduction to every business aspect in which Flooring America will support them as a member, including site location, design and development, proven inventory selection, sales training and hiring, a turnkey advertising program, in-store displays and signage. Prospects who complete the entire interactive session will be directed to Tom Heffner, Flooring America’s Membership Director.
