Introduces New Builder Program and Expanded Home Craft Collection
Manchester, NH (September 11, 2003) –Flooring America
has introduced an expanded builder program with an enlarged
Home Craft Collection, showcased in a custom wingboard display.
This extensive builder-spec collection of multi-grade floorcoverings
is targeted toward the custom home builder as well as new-home
buyers who want convenient, one-stop shopping.
The Home Craft Collection, which previously consisted only
of carpet, has been expanded to include wood, laminate, ceramic
tile, and vinyl floorcoverings, all performance-rated under
Flooring America's Five Star Selection System.
"The new-home industry continues to be a significant market

of value and convenience previously unavailable to them anywhere

The collection's industry-leading "Never Miss a Closing

market. The guarantee promises the purchaser that if the date
of a home closing may be delayed because the selected floorcovering
is unavailable, an equal or upgraded product will be substituted
at no additional cost. If the closing date is not met, then
installation is free.
A just-introduced "Quick-Ship Promise" covers a select
line within the Home Craft Collection. These floorcoverings
are warehoused in sufficient quantity to make possible the promise
that they will be shipped within 72 hours. The entire collection
is covered by Flooring America's Points of Difference Guarantee,
which includes 30-day price protection, lifetime installation
warranty, and a 30-day replacement guarantee.
